Pros:
I have played this course before and it has changed drastically. It has become a fun course to play which is very different to the prior layout. This new layout will challenge your game.
Cons:
One thing they did not change and I'm not sure what they would do to fix it is the proximity to the softball fields. When games are going, the people park all up in the way of several of the holes that run along that area.
Other Thoughts:
This course has really changed drastically and I really enjoyed it. I live in Texas and come here to visit my kids. I will be coming to visit more often. Great job to whoever changed this to the new layout.

Pros:
No trash, Grass was cut, I felt safe walking by myself through the pàrk, Nice seating at most of the tee's, parking was good.
Cons:
Down the pipeline, Hole # 4 same as hole # 13 were under construction, and not playable, needed yellow tape or a sign ( under construction ).
This course is very confusing, finding the next tee was impossible for the first time player...
Needs a bulletin board at the first tee.

Other Thoughts:
I like this course, it's not for the beginner player, if you need to practice around trees this is the course for you, Trees, Trees and more tree's
