Wide variety of holes: Some are long, some are short, some are open, some are tight.
Navigation is very easy.
The course is spread out very well, you could host a big tournament here and not feel crowded.
Course redesign and basket installation a few years back brings this course up to par with some of the best in the state.
The piece of property was used very well. It could have very easily been a boring course... but it's not.

Teepads while not bad, can you some improvement.
Not too many bad things about this place. Just come out and play it.

Putting it quite simply, it's just a lot of fun. A part of me misses the old tube course that was here at one time, but obviously the baskets and redesign make this a must play course.
