Appears a Birdie-fest but is deceptive 2+ years drive by

Pros:

***The course has been updated and improved several years ago. Please don't rely on the old reviews.***

This is a pretty straight forward course when first looking at it but offers alot more challenges than it appears to have. It has lots of elevation changes that give the course some character. The course has good lanes all the holes and challenges accuracy by being moderately wooded in the rough. If you use the O.B. that is easily seen this course can become alot more challenging. This course also has an active disc golf group that helps players get together daily for rounds called FlickNation so it is easy for travelers to get a round in with locals. On most of the holes the discs have to fly much further than the distance on the sign and the optimal routes aren't so easy to hit which makes the course a challenge to all levels.

Cons:

Some of the cons are all of the tee pads aren't concrete and on holes 6, 8, and 17 they are really uneven with roots in them which cause footing issues. I will say that the course could use a few more longer holes added to its arsenal. Another con for this course is that Ole Miss charges so much to put a tournament on at the course that it doesn't hold any tournaments.

Other Thoughts:

The course is mostly wooded technical shots but does offer some chances to let the disc fly. I played with some pro players and they didn't do as well as these previous reviews were making it out. This is a challenging course for all levels.
