Pros:
- Very well maintained park! Mowed and brush kept orderly.
- Decent mix of different types of holes which call for unique types of throws.
- Extremely quiet course other than the occasional dog's bark. Very relaxing round!
- Bathrooms and picnic areas available.
- Some of the best tee boxes and baskets I have ever seen.
- Park is easy to find and course is easy to navigate.
- Pet friendly!
Cons:
- A couple holes are very close to one another and to nearby homes, be conscientious of what's in the area before you throw.
- For intermediate and advanced players, don't expect to be challenged by this course going in. Especially for advanced players, this course will be a quick birdie run.
- No signage other than the course map at the front of the park, but isn't truly needed.
Other Thoughts:
If you're a beginner disc golfer, trying to get a friend interested in the sport, or simply looking for a relaxing round in Knoxville, this is the course for you. Know that this is not the ideal course for an advanced player to test his or her skill set, intermediate and advanced players can certainly expect to finish under par. All in all, this is one of the nicer 9-hole courses in the Knoxville area!
