Pros:

The course plays through a small neighborhood park. There are a couple really minor elevation changes, adding some rollaway potential on one green and a slightly elevated tee shot on another hole. There is some length variety, with ace run shots and a couple that are long enough to open up and throw longer drives. A couple holes have some obstacles in play to force a little variety in line shaping.

The flow is easy to follow for the most part, with few long walks or navigation issues. The tees are fine, with a couple nice concrete pads and mostly marked areas on the concrete walking path. These offer plenty of room for a runup.

Cons:

The safety issues here are pretty disappointing to see. On a course like this that will attract beginners, you'll get a lot more errant shots and designs should take that into account. The walking path, a bbq area, benches and a playground are all in play, on a busy day it could be pretty tough to play this layout without potentially hitting other park users. A few of the holes play close together, with errant drives from one hole ending up on other fairways.

This course doesn't offer a whole lot of difficulty, with mostly flat and wide open shots and little to no punishment for missing your line. The layout is a little odd n spots with a shared basket and a shared tee, not a huge issue but it could be a little confusing as only 3 tees have signs so far.

Other Thoughts:

Beginners can try out the sport here without having to worry about too much difficulty or a real chance of losing discs. More experienced players won't find much challenge or variety, hopefully the couple beginner courses in this area lead to the development of more difficult and interesting courses.
