Pros:
It's the only course in the area.
Nice concrete tee-pads.
The signs for holes 1-9 are nice (where they are still standing)
Cons:
The map contained in the Files/Links section isn't accurate.
Holes 1-3 are blind when vegetation is full. Most of the baskets have very small landing areas surrounded by thick underbrush.
Hole 1 needs a bridge across the steep ditch. there may be water in the ditch.
The bridge on hole 2 will test your nerves.
The bridge near basket 3 tests both nerves and agility. I think the city may be on the receiving end of a lawsuit soon.
Holes 4 & 5 play back and forth across the Rum River with a lengthy walk/climb to access the bridge across the river (at least the bridge is solid here.)
Hole 9 needs a stairway built into the steep hillside climbing from the 8th basket.
Expect to spend more time searching the underbrush for your disc than actually playing the course.
Other Thoughts:
I'm an average player and found the thickets to be almost-perfect obstacles for my driving distance.
I don't think this course will be played frequently enough for the brush to be beat down by players. I know I have no reason or desire to ever play it again.
