Pros:
Very challenging distances, and obstacles
Various tee pads play to the same basket as other holes, but does create unique, and quite different shot potential.
Cons:
-Too much risk for how the course is laid out.
-Some holes don't seem to make sense (#8 and #17 both shoot for a basket that is just beyond a nice cleared area of ground, yet is mounted up on the wooded hillside)
-No easy crossing bridge at hole #1. You must carefully go down a steep embankment and back up the other side. (This also happens on hole #10, which plays to the same basket)
Other Thoughts:
Hole #4 shoots straight across the river, with only a small window to land the disc. If you miss that small hole, get ready to go swimming.
Hole #5 shoots back across the river, right over the heads of people fishing; could be hazardous for them at times.
Hole #7 COULD be a nice challenge, but it runs so close to the banks of the river, we eded up putting 2 discs in the river (we recovered 1 of them)
Hole #17 is the longest hole I've ever played, at 905', most of which has very little hazard potential.
Overall, I found playing this course very frustrating. We spent way too much time retrieving discs from the creek, the river and very thick brush.
Neither my son nor I feel any strong desire to come back and play it again, due to the amount of time spent "recovering" discs, instead of playing.
