Pros:

Checking out the lifeguards at the pool was pretty alright. The elevation and turf conditions were very nice.

Cons:

Junky baskets, 2 missing tee signs, 1 missing basket.

Other Thoughts:

The pars that were marked were marked pretty high. A 278 wide-open downhill par 4 doesn't make much sense. Throw some gravel or RR ties down or something to at least mark the tees. There's not even trampled grass making it easy to guess where the tees should be.
