Other Thoughts:

As this being a new home course, I was excited for Tipton to transform their old 9 hole golf course into an 18 hole course. I love to play the course whenever I'm back in town because it provides a challenging and thrilling experience.

But one issue with the course is that during summer Football practice to the end of track season (August-May) They have 4 holes (13-16) removed to athlete safety. Unfortunately, that can be a problem plus on windy days, the wide open 500 foot holes can be a real challenge to get a par on.

With all cons set aside, this course is one I would recommend to people particularly in the summer. You don't have large groups of people playing here so it's a wide open course to play on.

Be sure to check out tournament information sometime in June. It'll be the 2nd annual tournament and last year had a great turnout.
