Pros:
Well kept property. Holes were short, but well place trees made it challenging enough. Great course for beginners.
Concrete pads, professional signs, and quality baskets are above what I would expect in a small neighborhood course.
There was a school that neighbored the course and I believe this could be an excellent opportunity to teach the sport in a youth program at that school.

Cons:
Private course designed for the Wellington community and it's guests. I had no issues parking at the private athletic facility and playing the course by myself, however I do believe that if a large group arrived to play it might draw attention and the possibility of being asked to leave could arise.
Other Thoughts:
I'll come back to this course if I'm in the area. Nothing new or spectacular, but it's always great to see a community adopting disc golf.
