Pros:
Two tee locations per hole.
Cons:
The bridge leading to the area containing basket-13 thru tee-18 was unusable, and the parking lot on that side of the course was closed.
Basket-10 missing - likely crushed, based upon its location on the map, and the large, fallen tree which currently occupies that area.

Other Thoughts:
The course is located in a multi-purpose public park, split by a small river. Holes 1-12 are on a bit of flat, forested land, sitting next to the river, and holes 13-18 are on the other side. From what I could tell, this course suffered greatly from the effects of Hurricane Irene. It appears a couple feet of silt/sand were dumped on the south side of the river, where 2/3rds of the course is located. Because of this, the baskets are quite low, and I was unable to find red tees for holes 5, 6, or 9, nor blue-6, so threw from locations that seemed reasonable, based upon the map. There is still quite a bit of debris (branches) on the course, and a few downed trees (R.I.P., basket-10, I assume).
The holes are, overall, quite short, particularly form the reds, although a few of the blue tees do add a significant amount of length. The lines needed to be hit were generous-to-moderate - nothing extreme here. Errant shots are not overly punished, as the trees are not densely packed together, so alternate lines are typically available for the wayward disc. However, there is a good chance a wayward disc will actually be in a neighbouring fairway, as the holes are jammed together fairly tightly. An even blend of gentle/moderate/sharp left/right/S-turning shots needed from the tee to reach the basket.
Please note the day I played the course (late October 2011). Until there is word that the bridge is repaired or the parking lot on the north side is open, this course will only have eleven playable holes: 1-9, 11-12. My score is based upon how the course was the day I played it - cleaned up a bit, and the other seven holes being available, would likely be worth an additional 0.5-1.0 points to the rating.
Experienced players throwing well should have a few ace runs and some birdy opportunities. For those with less experience, the course is good for developing a control-game, without punishing throws that aren't so controlled! Hope the course can be restored to the full 18.
