Post Photos of Your Disc Golf Bag

Those straps will cost about 13 shipped. If you can find them cheaper, you are the man.

I was the man...

I found them on some site about 6 months ago that had a sale and free shipping. I think they were $8.99. I didn't end up getting them though because I traded for a set with solomon.trenton.

I wish I could remember the site... I think they were out of NYC...

I like the idea of coating the bottom. Does it bleed through on the inside? Did u coat the inside?

no and no
i was going for water resistant ... not water proof
:\
i'm sure you could, but the bags divider suspends the discs inside already, if its raining i'd bring a cover for the whole bag (yet to be designed)

check out the fade quads. there is a cover in the quads for the whole bag.

Heres a couple pics of my baby. Revolution Team Carolina in Camo with some quadshocks. Plenty of room for plastic, beers, towels, bug spray, etc... Best disc golf purchase I've ever made besides a practice basket.

Carolina Bags are by far the best "looking" bags made. IMO

My new bag

I've been playing long enough to know exactly what I want in a bag.

First, I need handles, nice soft padded ones. This rules out all the disc golf bags right away. :(

I like to stay as light as possible when I disc golf, I'm not ever gonna drag one of those wheeled things around on a disc golf course, ever.

Shoulder straps are useless to me, I never shoulder my bag, I just always prefer to carry it with my non throwing hand.

Backpacks are for hiking, I have plenty, but taking it on and off every few minutes is a serious waste of time when disc golfing.

I only drink diet coke, and only from a bottle with a cap, so I dont need a fancy drink holder.

I carry a maximum of maybe 18 discs if I'm trying out new stuff, but usually I carry 12 or 13.

Like a doctor, I never bring my cell phone on the course, so I just need a small zip pocket for keys, a couple of paper towels, and some moleskin.

Thats it, my whole bag.
So I've always preferred simple duffel bags with nice cushioned handles.

Here is the latest, before I get it covered in spring mud this weekend, even though I already have some splashes on it from a practice round yesterday in the rain.

Its a Nike Extra Small Duffel, it weighs next to nothing when its empty, but I can easily carry my 13 discs, 2 liters of diet coke, a couple of towels, and my golf shoes in it.
XD sits in the solo pocket at one end, Aviar-X lives in the pocket at the other end.

Capacity is really not a problem if I wanted to push it, here's the bag with just under 40 discs in it. :D

lol I like that. If my large lightning ever breaks down (dont carry much at all any more though) tht might be what I want to do.

just throwing this out there...

i looked through these pages yet once more and one thing that keeps popping up is color of bag...

why doesn't anyone put 2 and 2 together 4 using dye?

we dye our discs - the dye is meant for clothing
i mean if you want to change color of part or whole bag, just dip it in dye

wanna stamp your bag? use a sponge to apply, use vinyl to mask off, or just use the vinyl on the bag... its what vinyl was used for...

ya know what i mean? i'm lackin motivation now... and my bag is black...but, i'm gonna deck my bag out (simple design...) but i dont see anything other than patches and , "well i just dont like the color"

thoughts?
