I am looking for a good stable mid range. I do not have a lot of experience, as I have just started a couple of weeks ago. Which of these do you think is best for a beginner? Thanks a lot.

That depends, what are you looking for in flight? The regular Rancho Roc is 4/4/0/3 with the Roc 3 a speed faster, the Buzzz would be 5/4/-1/1. If you need something with fade that can be beat in for a while, get the Roc, if you looking for something to shape easy lines get the Buzzz.
.

If you want an overstable mid, go with the Roc or Roc3.
Since you are a beginner, I would recommend using something less stable, such as the Buzzz, which is moderately understable. If you aren't set on using either the Roc or the Buzzz, I would highly recommend trying the Innova Mako. The Mako is the straightest non-putter I have ever seen or heard of.

I got my first ace with a roc, so it's always been a favorite but I like the feel of the buzz better. The rock is beaded and the buzz isn't, it's a matter of preference, I carry both in my bag.

Having said all of that I think you should go with a Tangent.....:)js

Actuality I'm switching my recommendation to a tangent as well. It'd be perfect for you.

They are not the same disc. You can get both, and use them in your bag for different rolls.

OR, you could get a MVP Axis (Buzzz-like), and Vector (Roc-like), and be even happier.

And you'll probably be more consistent with the axis/vector.

Get a few Rocs & cycle them, if you pick the Buzzz you will need more molds to fill the other Mid slots (you will only have one mold if you cycle Rocs). The less molds you have the better off you are.

Roc > Buzzz....but they're both are better than the MVP options. :D
