What is your favorite disc? What do you use it for? Why do you like it?

Ibex. Everything except putting. I have never seen a disc with the unique combination of glide, stability, and grip.

Volt. My go to driver. Holds any line I put on it, powers down great and always predictable. Would be lost without it.

Well I have favorite discs in each category but my overall favorite is the Champ Teebird b/c I can throw it backhand, forehand & tomahawk with deadly accuracy. The Roc is a close 2nd.

The PD. Use the P for max dist and turnovers, the S for good reliable stable shots and powered down low ceiling ups, and the C as my overstable when i dont quite need firebird stuff. Irreplaceable disc

Star TL. I use it for most drives, especially ones that require accuracy. It's the ultimate disc for straight shots and controlled distance.

I've only played with it for one round... but my new Pinnacle Ghost :D (see avatar for pic) I use it for straight to slightly overstable midrange shots. I love the look and feel of the plastic that it is in, and the flight is very smooth and controllable.

Soft Focus. I use it for a lot of my upshots, it's reliable for forehand throws, and also easy for me to putt with. It sticks to the chains pretty darn good for me. I've tried Bangers, Rhynos, Aviars, Ions..... and yet I always go back to the Soft Focus.

Underworld. It's easy turnover and massive glide was a boon for my game: it opened up new lines for me and increased my max distance. I've also found it to mold up consistently: I've tried ~10 in various plastics and weights, and none have flown anomalously. Awesome, awesome disc; it's what I always recommend to newbies.

I've only been playing a month, but my mako3 is killing it for me. I'm attempting to learn RHFH to save my battered shoulders from aggravating an old injury
