[Innova] Why has nobody ever told me?

Do yourself a favor and go buy a brand new dx roc and watch it slowly change over time. It's a beautiful thing.

Planning on it today. Will get a DX and KC...hopefully I can find them in-store and not have to order.

Have you ever heard the term "a thousand a-holes can't be wrong?" The Roc is a great disc. I carry two different variations. and if you like the Roc try a Ghost. You'll be impressed yet again.

I carry a KC Pro and DX. I can throw the KC into a headwind without worry. The DX has taken plenty of direct tree hits and is still a straight to barely understable flier when thrown flat. And I've got several more stashed at home to cycle them in when I lose or finally murder what's in the bag. The KC Roc always felt the best in my hand, for whatever that's worth.

My favorite disc is the highly shunned and hated Gummy Champion Roc+. Love this disc as it does anything I ever ask of it. Couldn't imagine a round without it.

Work your R-Pro back into shape and keep throwing it. And don't look into a DX. Pick up a Gravity Ghost and don't look back.

They make Rocs in r-pro?! :|

If I had a time machine, I'd go back to a few years ago and get a stack of those DX Bottom Stamped Rocs with the Hank Hill looking guy on the stamp. That DX run was great, stiff, durable, flew well.

"rocs are really not that complicated" -- Probably THE most retooled/designed, molded, changed whateverrrrrrrrrrrrr the heck you want to say in DG history.

But yeah, just get a Roc not all that complicated. JUST a couple to chose from...

What about the San Marino and Ontario rocs?

Dave, tell us about the different molds of Roc please, not just different plastics

All I know is I want that Roc3 he has in the video...amazing color.....

I got too excited opening a box with three of those, left them on top of my car, and drove off to the course. One of them made it all the way there, one was lost forever, the other was found on the way home in a gutter after having been run over so many times the flight plate was separating from the rim. :(

That was a great run of rocs though, I have a handful left.

I prefer the older flat glo dx, with the small center stamp.

But pretty much any roc will do. Its easy to find flat ones in both dx and KC.

And contrary to some opinions, dx can and will take plenty of abuse. These kids think having a ding, cut or gash on your roc is a bad thing. What they don't understand is thats kind of what I want to happen eventually.

I'm I the only one who prefers rocs with a little dome?

The best rocs are the ones with a smooth gradual dome. I love it when people snatch up all the flat ones because "all flat discs are best" and leave the nice ones for me.

I just came back to throwing Rocs after a hiatus but I've always liked them with domes. Feel good in the hand and start out as OS as I expect a Roc too.

I have been playing for like four years and not thrown a Roc.
Mainly use my Comet and Wolf for mid-range.
