2014 Tourney Videos

I played in the Whispering Pines tourney. That's the short course we played for round 2. It was a decent little hyzer almost everything type course but overall it's eh. Just wait for the final round on the long course Marty filmed. Not only is the course just absolutely badass but the drama gets crazy. Adv and Open had tee times so after I finished I got to catch a good amount of lead card action, it was great.

i admit i refreshed the page every once in awhile for this one, and im sharing before i even watch it... youre welcome.

Schultz putting on #3...whoa.Then Schultz doing the tin cup routine on 9 - more whoa. o_O Poor guy...I've had holes like that. Went from 2 shots in the lead to 6 behind. Egad.

And Koling has the smoothest FH I have ever seen.

Surprised I didn't see more rollers on that golf grass prior to #5 - but I am not pro so what the heck do I know.

Nice vid.

Anyone else think that Big Jerm's putting has improved immensely over the last year or so? There were vids where he struggled with gimmy's and he body language told the whole story. Head down before the disc even hit the basket. Now it seems he has more confidence. Just watching Maple Hill tells a whole different story.

I couldn't quite tell what Feldberg said in the 34th minute but he seemed to piss some people off. A very bad round seemed to maybe get to him a bit.
I heard something to the effect of, "I'm on top the card bro, so I should count the scores up."

I am not used to seeing Barry miss very often, but that was brutal. Still a solid performance for sure.

I would be pissed if the scores are close and then out of nowhere big jerk jumps on top of me!

Looked like after that the game was lost :(

There were definitely a few crazy holes in there. In other news (in the same tournament) Schweberger shot the hot round every single round, and Beat Big Jerm by 9 strokes... I would have loved to see his tournament. He seems to jump back and forth between Masters and Open. I wonder what scared him away from Open this time? He would have cleaned up.

I thought this as well per the PDGA standings, but in actuality Jeremy finished at -29 with Brian a -22. I do think Brian shot the hot round though in the second with a 44.

Wait, No. You are correct. I think. I don't know. I asked the same question on the Youtube comments for this video and I'm getting conflicting results when looking at the PDGA event results page for this tourney. Jeremy definitely looks confident after winning his first NT at Maple Hill.

Schweb shot the hot round every round. He was 18 under on every round (even though some of those par 5's are more like tweener 4's). He said that he left 2 strokes out on the long course when he shot 52's both rounds and he left about 4 or 5 on the short course.

Seeing as how the person that came in second was 23 shots back of the lead I'd say playing Masters was pretty much guaranteed money for him, or at the very least much much better odds than him winning the Open division. Hindsight being twenty twenty and all I bet he wishes he'd taken the chance.

Not only does that course look awesome but those guys seemed to have a really good time. They were all cheering each other on... great sportsmanship!
