Having some fun watching Anthon and Nichols battle. I won't lie though. Im a fan of Barsby, but not really digging him as a commentator here. He's a little aggressive, and sounds like he's had a few too many drinks. Maybe the Barsby sarcasm doesn't translate with only audio?

Yeah, I agree. He's got a good slur going around 45 minutes in.

I think Drew's immaturity really showed in that round.

Nikko does an excellent job with the commentary, maybe the best disc golf commentary I've heard in that video. Great job.
I always thought of Nikko as a crybaby and poor sport, but that was based on what I've seen in previous footage and heard from others. His experience and deeper understanding of the game really showed in his comments, and I definitely have more respect for him now, especially going against the grain with a mixed bag.

He's definitely aware that he wears a lot of his emotion on his sleeve during rounds. I had a chance to hangout with Nikko for a bit and he's a much nicer guy than a lot of the footage gives him credit for. Big ideas and big goals, not only for FlyLife but for disc golf in general.

really loved that last video. the graphic between holes, the commentary was all good. Some of the camera angles were hard to see the shot but I assume that was more the course than the camera man. Great job!

Nikko's seems to be a pretty good commentator. I'm still relatively new and know that some have had issues with his personality on the course in the past. This is the second or third I've seen/heard him as a commentator (can't remember if all PHP) but he definitely has been adding value and gives a good insight to the game.

Really loved this latest tourney video. Your stuff was good at the beginning but I love that you're obviously improving and finding your stride in how to film, edit, and compose your footage. I'm also a huge fan of grabbing high level MPO players to join in the commentary. Their insight into disc selection and how the course plays for the lead card level of player is fantastic. Now see if you can snag Nikko aside for an in the bag video and shut down that other thread while you're at it!

I know these are sometimes mentioned in the dialogue and that the pace of a round can be pretty fast, but what disc is being thrown and what line is being considered would be nice. Regardless, I really enjoy your coverage, especially because I play a lot of the courses where the tournaments are being played. I think watching these videos help us all improve our game.

I was planning to, but I guess there are media rights factors with NTs and Majors now, and I believe Terry Miller has exclusive rights to media coverage so no other camera crews will be allowed... on the MPO lead card anyway.

Might be worth it to film the 2nd card; I know I'd watch both.

I just finished DGM and was more than a little surprised when as the lead card finished putting out on the last whole Cubby says "and Jeremy Koling won the event, coming from behind on the 2nd card" so we never saw a single throw from the winner.
