Having never thrown a Verdict or a Harp, I voted Suspect, which I do throw in these situations. The Mace, for me, did not fit this role at all (too glidey, not OS).

For a fast mid, the Verdict is incredibly versatile as an upshot disc. It's great for FH and BH, fights wind, and doesn't tend to get on edge and roll like some OS discs I've thrown do.

My Suspect recently got beat out by a VIP Harp. Love both discs though, and when carrying a bag large enough, I carry both.

I have 3 Suspects in my bag to handle any approach I might need.

I carry a Verdict, and Suspect. Love them both, depends on the shot. i absolutely love and adore the Truth, the Verdict is like its OS twin. But I think I through the Suspect more, especially in quick skips, or little bouncing rollers. For those obstructed upshots.

Suspect! All day, every day!

Love this disc, own 3 of them.

Haven't tried a Harp yet.

I just picked up a Verdict that I havent had a chance to throw yet, but I'm already in love with it. It has the best 'feel in hand' of any mid range Ive ever gripped. If it flies like the numbers it will be a staple as an OS mid.

That said, my BT hard Harp was my best upshot disc until it got replaced by a VIP Harp, and that is working even better. I know a lot of it is just getting really comfortable with a single disc and understanding how it flies for you, but Ive never hit so many polls and chains or parked as many upshots on approach as I have with the VIP Harp.

I suspect the Suspect is very similar to the Harp but I havent thrown one.

The Mace is Roc3ish imo.. its a cool disc and so far (2 rounds, not too much use) it seems to be a little more HSS and even more glidey than a Roc3 but same ballpark imo. Not what I would choose for an upshot disc.

other than what's in the poll already I would say almost any trilogy putter.

If I ever stopped throwing pigs I would switch to Suspects.

More Suspect love! Available in a whole bunch of different plastics (with usefully different stabilities) and really easy to FH. Also putts nice when the winter winds are howling...

If you love Suspect you should try a Jokeri. Trust me they will kick the suspect out of the bag. Everyone I got to try the Jokeri has switch over to Jokeri.

You can all thank me later.

Harp for sure.
Sinus would be a close second, but is not an option anyway.

Edit: I Voted and replied before reading to not sway my own choice. Glad to see more sinus love.

I love my Verdict, but I find that it likes to be thrown quite hard...medium speed and it just dies/fades. However then going down to light throws for shorter OS approach needs and flicks it is very consistent and easy to use. There's just an inbetween distance/power that I find I always come up short with it...anybody else have this issue or is it common with OS mids?

I carry a Jokeri and a couple Suspects, HA!!!

Really the Jokeri is more stable then the Suspect. Premium vs Lucid. Not much but I see a difference. I have 7 Suspects now :D, only 1 Jokeri .

Harp and Verdict. Mace is not OS, just has a strong fade. The Sinus is nice as well but got beat by the Harp.
