Survey for disc golf players in the United States

Hi everyone,

My name is Nina and I am a graduate student at Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland. For my final project, I am examining the disc golf industry in the United States and writing a thesis concerning it. That is why I am inviting you to participate in this research study by completing the short questionnaire below. The purpose of the questionnaire is to gather general information about disc golfers in the US regarding their buying behavior and social media usage related to disc golf.

It will require only 5 minutes or less to complete the survey - there are 10 questions and majority of them are multiple-choice questions. I would hope to get as many answers as possible by April 15, 2015, so feel free to link the survey to your fellow American players!
