I only just saw this, and was unable to take the survey.
I was also thinking of creating a survey to answer some questions about disc golfers. I would also be very interested to see what results and trends you found in your survey, so I do hope that you will be able to post them relatively soon
One last thought, and I hope neither you, nor other participants, will be offended: At least one previous poster commented to the effect that "you had most of us at 'hello, my name is Nina.'" It crossed my mind that if you weren't quite who you said you were, that your choice of picture and OP should prove rather effective at soliciting responses
