I made my first purchase with them on 11/22. I was please to see the items arrive on 11/24. I see today (11/25) that the pair of Bite Distance disc golf shoes are $10 cheaper than what I bought them for 3 days ago. I called and asked for a price adjustment. They can't do that. I explained that a local customer could do a refund/repurchase and asked to do that over the phone. They can't do that. I asked for a $10 credit towards my next purchase which I would make this weekend. They said they need to ask the owner who will return on Monday. I know it is only $10, but for someone who says "Your satisfaction is very important to us" on the website, I thought they would be easier to deal with. Ok, rant over.

We have people loosing their jobs, soldiers fighting for our freedom over seas, and your bitching over $10?

Get over it man. If $10 is going to break the bank, then don't buy anything. You asked the question, they said no, get one with life. Go play some disc golf or something.

The owner will probably hook you up. They have great customer service. I would still use them if they let me choose the colors of my discs.

I would complain about $10. Thats a new gateway putter for me.

I am coming to the conclusion that I have no respect for your opinion on anything.

My thoughts are if something was good enough to buy at Price $X, and it was marked ten dollars below Price $X right after I bought it, I'd have only my own impetuousness to blame. Not their fault.

Hardcase customers are one reason why I've refrained from getting into the disc selling business, or any business for that matter. God knows I've heard some good stories from our in state disc vendors.

I had a small problem with them and they issued me a credit for shipping on my next order. Maybe you can ask them for that. Then you get a little payback and they get a return customer.

I'd have to think he has plenty of sympathy for those who have lost their jobs and is more than thankful for our soldiers.

The point is that he has a legitimate complaint about his $10. If $10 doesn't break the bank for you, you can always send your money to me.

Yeah odds are you were dealing with someone who has no authority to do that. Ask for the owner or manager and they will probably make the deal! If they don't they know you may not return. Besided they realize that things just went on sale so there is no reason you shouldn't be allowed the discount you could get today!

That might start a flame war BE CAREFUL . . . but I will be here to watch it happen!

10$ is enough that I would complain. That's a new JK Aviar.

Also, no one ever threatened to steal our freedom.

I would wait for the owner to see how they deal with this, at the same time remember there was no promise of a refund if the price went down after your purchase.

Have your wife call. I know that sounds stupid but I had a similar situation with our hockey team yesterday. I went to turn in 5 vouchers for tickets and ended up with an intern (I did not know that) who told me he couldn't do that (they were kids club vouchers and there were no "adult" seats purchased...well we are weekend season ticket holders so our kid always has a seat and we were using the vouchers for extra games.

So...being a dude I got pissed off took my vouchers and stormed out and bitched the whole way home about not renewing next year...

Meanwhile my wife calls our ticket manager and tells her what happened and she promptly told her 5 tickets would be at will call that night.

Morale of the story...we act like dicks when we think we are being treated like dicks.

That being said, never had a problem with them but I always like how you get a mini and scorecard with purchase.

Sorry, I don't mean to "bitch", I was just surprised that they said no. I also know that others have it worse off than me. However, being a father of 4 and working reduced hours myself for the past 9 months, I have become cheap. I can't wait for better days when I won't sweat $10! :)

I'm sure they'll hook you up actually. They're pretty good like that. I'm new to this whole thing but I've had 2 different DG stores have some sort of problem...and two manufacturers have some sort of problem (okay one was just that I was stupid and they didn't make their product idiot proof...but they still helped me out) and EVERY company has been awesome.

GGGT is classy people, you got some newbie on the phone that doesn't know when she should "Give 'em the pickle". The owner will know that he can make you happy just by giving you the ten spot back or some equivalent. Just wait a few days and it'll be cool.

Buying an item does not entitle you to get money back if the price drops. If the price goes up would you be willing to pay the difference?

I'm sorry but that has nothing to do with anything. The guys wants a ten dollar credit. Do we need to invoke our soldiers overseas?

It's like something out of the Big Lebowski.."my brothers didn't die face down in the mud...

I've ordered from them a few times (got a FADE Crunch Box comin') & only had to call customer service once. They were very helpful & quite knowledgeable about their products. I'm sorry to hear you had some difficulties, hopefully it'll be straightened out soon. I do, however fully recommend them.

How do you guys feel about buying 2 discs from an ebay seller...shipping is 5 bucks on one disc, and five on the other. I clicked on both of them and the total at the end read 10 dollars for shipping.

Maybe that will get fixed...But it's 4.95 to ship the 2. I understand business but retailing the shipping cost also gets annoying.

Reminds me of when I bought my Fade Crunch from discgolfcenter for $30 and the next week they dropped to $20 b/c they had just got the updated crunches in. I said "Aw, shucks." That's it. Never thought about asking for a credit, just not my style I guess.
