As you can see from the posts, Salient doesn't have the best reputation around here. They have a long way to go to undo the damage they have done to their reputation, if that's even possible at this point.

Good point, if it's as a spectator then forget it, if it's as a competitor then it's worth it only if you plan on playing -- but yeah that's unlikely.

Give them your credit card number first, and then there's a countdown somewhere to some future date to let you know what the charge will be. At that time, if you don't like what the charge is, it will be your fault.

Dri-fits are easy to come by in dg, not really worth including in the price imo.

Its not even a dri fit. Its a cotton tshirt with moisture wicking design.

It's not a bad deal if you are planning on buying a bag and several discs but I was a member last year and didn't use the benefits.

They did send me a collared dri fit which was nice. I still wear it sometimes, not not on the course much anymore.

There has been some bridges burned a while back for sure. I joined up and love my bag and throw 4 of their discs. They donated and helped me run a charity tournament for the Cambodian missions team from my church, so Salient is OK by me.
