After reading almost 500 pages on a thread with a similar name - I decided to buy a domain.

Please welcome the American Disc Golf Association -or- www.ADGA.Fun! Nothing but a name at the moment. I like the "fun" part ;)

We will use this moniker and domain to market our Tournaments. The first being the Southern Classic!

We will have the opportunity to establish an " Association" at a later date if it seems viable.

Website will be fully functional in a few weeks. Time being just directed to our Facebook page. Rome was not built in a day . . .

How is this, for a start?

Is it possible that you could stop bolding your text, i.e. screaming at everyone?

At what point during those 500 pages did you decide "huh, this is a dumpster fire I would like to emulate and bring that nostalgic feeling to fans"? And seriously, if there's not hooters girls, I will be sorely disappointed.

Your other thread has had me mildly entertained, as a lurker I've been anticipating updates throughout the day, and have been quite intrigued, looking forward to where it might go. And then this? LoL - a little over the top to even be a good troll.

I like the name though and the short url:

American Disc Golf Association and www.ADGA.Fun . . .

Hopefully - our Tournaments can be sanctioned by the PDGA - that is the #1 goal.

I love Hooters. They just happen to have a location in every one of our initial Cities.

I believe they will be a Gold Sponsor at minimum ;)

When can I anticipate the release of the new rulebook? That was one of my favorite parts of the ADGT was picking that thing apart.

In all seriousness I'll continue to enjoy watching this unfold from afar, thanks for the entertainment this far. Let me know when you need some of the best trophies or players pack minis in the game :)

Sanctioning is easy. Only 2 things needed: Pay the PDGA, follow the rules.

Our concept is a little different. Would love for the PDGA to sanction us. The players could play with us and be able to have their performance apply to their PDGA rating, etc.

The real task is all the other stuff that needs to be done to make it a quality tournament.

We can do all things through Christ. We certainly plan on seeking guidance, advice, etc from area TD's. Already have actually.

Of those that we are in contact with - 100% love our concept and are willing to help us make it a success.

Our goal is to help grow the Sport - not hinder it . . .

Um.

If you get PDGA sanctioning and follow through with entering all the info like a good TD would then this automatically happens.

So ADGA is a christian group?

Is this a typo.......or part of the business plan?? :\ :|

My beliefs . . .

OK.....trolling is over. I am out. If you cannot go a day and a half, into a couple threads with honest people giving you their time and genuine insight, without spewing your personal dogma, then you are not here with an honest proposal. There is no room in a business plan for your God contingencies. Beliefs are a personal held deal, disc golf does not need saving. Good day.

It is my guess, this is why you are moving sport to sport looking for a payday.
