Figured it may be time for a new one of these.

Let's hear where you're going

A lot is going to depend on how the Covid-19 situation looks.

But on my potentially realistic short list:
Justin Trails
A bagging trip over to the Twin Cities
Trip up to play the Superior/Duluth area

That's all I'm going to set my sights for this coming year. Next year, hopefully, will be far more exciting.

Edit: Also, have a family camping trip planned to Big Eau Pleine. That course looks pretty fun!

No real big trips for me. I usually stay in my area. Play only one day tournaments that are less than 50 miles from home. With a full time job, wife and two kids this is all I can manage. But I still get to play 2-3 times a week right now and even more in the spring/summer.

marquette going on rn

on the summer list is madison wi and bep wi and and debating the idea of custer/rapid city/spearfish in west sd

If I visit my daughter in DC, I might detour north east and try to hit Iron Hill, Stafford Woods, and Tyler.

Assuming fans are allowed to attend ball games (and my son and I feel comfortable doing so), the Tigers are scheduled for Great American Ballpark in Cincy, plus PNC field in the Burgh... would obviously try to fit some DG in there.

Probs also make another run down to FL come X-mas time, to see Mama Bogey.

But as Jake said, a lot depends on what does/doesn't happen with Covid, vaccines, etc. :\

Back to Erie State Park with Shipwreck Bluff Disc Golf Course between Dunkirk and Brockton. Will be there to see relatives and with some play a course with some of the tightest holes ever made due to how fast everything grows in western New York, Buffalo and further west. Even western NY places in Rochester and Syracuse do not grow nearly as fast as this area of Buffalo and further west. That is the only plan I think as of now. That is the only one I can think of for sure in 2021, the other goal is to get into more stuff with the Pierre Steamboat course this summer about the eventual new design with others.

If you play Iron Hill, don't miss Muddy Run, which is fabulous. Mill Brook is another good course not too far from Iron Hill.

And hey, maybe you can finally hit Patapsco Valley. :)

We have a wedding in Chippewa Falls this summer, but as Bogey said plans depends on the pandemic. I would love to include the wedding as part of an extended disc golf road trip through the midwest.

You'll be right in my neck of the woods then. I could return the favor and show you around a few of the courses near me

I got an 8 day trip lined up to Ludington MI to bag a bunch of awesome looking courses and hopefully Flip again in early June.

Then a 7 day trip up to Duluth and Hibbing MN in midish July. Finally hit Mont Du Lac. And everything in the vicinity.

Highbridge in August.

Hopefully fly out to Colorado in September and hit Bucksnort, Bailey, etc. Looks amazing over there.

I'm thinking about possibly chipping away at the Chicagoland area in late October. If not there then probably the twin cities. Undecided on that yet.

Going to hit Harmony Bends on my way to my race trip in Nebraska.

And if I do a Michigan race trip, I'll try to hit a course somewhere along the way (probably in the Toledo to Ann Arbor range).

That would be fantastic, I hope to take you up on your generous offer!

Possibly heading to South Carolina in March. Currently considering an Air BnB or similar for Spring Break.

New England and Oregon/Washington are at the top of my DG destination wish list. Hopefully I will be able to make a plan for 1 of them this summer.

All of this depends on how things develop with Covid. Fingers crossed!

We were out there in September a few years ago. Gorgeous weather, amazing scenery, and lots of memorable disc golf. I hope that works out for you!

2021

Several of the usual places including...

Pittsburgh (to play)
Smuggler's Notch (to play in June and to watch GMC in September)

A few new ones...

Lake Pinchot State Park
Quebec City (If Canada Opens)
Toronto Island (If Canada Opens)

a friend in Fort Worth wants me to come hang out for a few days. haven't even looked at courses in the area....

Probably camping in northern PA this June, hoping to bag NY on the way home. Also planning another Flip City run in July. BG Ams Open end of April.

Brown Farms is a classic course one needs to play, one of the first private courses in western NY. If in that area, also one near Buffalo in a State park is worth it though I have never played said course.

The one at the State park in Mont Du Lac is very tough, we went there to see a Native American burial plot on the State park and saw some odd things not sure what they were for baskets that were Innova's second style with more then one set of chains.
