Some kind of Monster
Two tees, two pin positions. Excellent tee pads. The long pins make for a challenging round. Great scenery, the back nine is especially serene. I play often during the week and there are no crowds at all.
Great targets with tall flags are easily located. The fairways are...
I picked up my pile of putters again last night just to give them all the grip test. The pile consists of 2 Medium Wizards (very stiff), a SSS Wizard, a couple DX Aviars, 2 R-Pro Darts, and a Soft Ion in addition to the Ridge.
They all had a nice grip and varying degrees of tackiness to them...
I store all my discs in the house, usually in a golf bag as I have a few older ones. The Ridge had been in my bag at the time. It's about 72 degrees on average in the house. It was at least 60 degrees outside that evening.
Here's my X-Link Ridge on the left and a Soft VP.

I was putting in the back yard a couple days ago. Throwing Avairs, Wizards, Ions, Darts, and my sole X-Link Ridge. I picked up the Ridge last. I hadn't thrown it in a few weeks.
To my great surprise it felt...GREASY! I know I said it wasn't in an earlier post but damned if it didn't feel that...
I've been using my X-Link (medium) Ridge for approaches lately and I really like it. It's not greasy, and holds a good line. Truthfully, I've got Ions, Aviars, Wizards, and Darts as well and I can make them all do roughly the same thing when it comes to putt/approach. I've given up looking for...
I really like them both but I've been throwing my Ridge a lot more lately. I don't really use it for long putts but more for upshots. The R-Pro Dart is still my long putter. My X-Link Ridge and SSS Wizard are both killer approach/putters though. I think I prefer the shallow rim of the Ridge...
I bought some Patagonia Drifter GTX last spring and they're holding up nicely. I've had to walk through creeks (not up to the eyelets - they might leak), snow, and plenty of tall wet grass and they've kept me dry so far. Not cheap but they're rugged and relatively light...
Given the size of your sack () I'd be sporting some straps. They're simply unbeatable when your doing some hiking along the course with a large bag. You get balanced weight across your back. I can sling my Quads over one shoulder quite comfortably as well. Yes.
