Fun course worth playing...
Manicured greens
Nice variety of shots for righty and lefty
Good baskets
Fairly easy to navigate
First tee is 100 yards from my hotel room
Pay to play- $10 is a little steep imo
No real tee pads
This is a fun little course. It is great if you don;t have a lot of...

Great course!
Great Tee Pads
Scenic
Easy to navigate for first timer
None really that I can think of. There are a ton of ants and I was scared of rattlers, but not sure if there even are any. Chance of losing disc in arroyo.
Was visiting ABQ and this course was recommended to me on the dgcr...
Yep, Stub Stewart for sure....otherwise, it looks like you have covered the Portland metro pretty well. The rest of the metro courses are pretty tame compared to what you have listed. It might also be worth checking out Trojan too....

Fun course, worth the trip!
Great teepads, challenging pin placements, well maintained, good scenery.
Good amount of pedestrians, a little duck shit, some holes hard to navigate
This was a sweet course, glad I made it here. Sure, the main feature is "reclaimed" water, but it didn't smell and...
Thanks for the input The Hammer. Played Fountain Hills last night and it was rad. A bit windy but fun. And 5 degrees cooler than down in Phoenix. It was great.
I am heading to the shows too and would be psyched to throw a round. Probably only have time for one, but would be psyched to check out a Denver course (I'm from OR)....I'll have a car so.. We are staying close to the venue (3 miles). Can't wait. We played Telluride 2 summers ago and that was...
Sweet, thanks, I will check those out. Might be able to one Thurs morning and one Friday, depending. If not, I will have to get out around 5PM and deal with the heat...Are the Fiesta or Fountain easy enough to navigate for a 1st timer?
Thanks for the input!
Heading to Phoenix next week (Wed/Thursday) and looks like I will have time for at least one round. Couple of questions:
1) If I can only play one round, what course should it be? Staying in Tempe but don't mind driving 30-45 min+ for the best course. I am guessing Buffalo Ridge from the...

Monster Course
Challenging, Great Tee Pads, Nice Fairways, benches
This course is a disc eater. Major blackberries and thick brush if you don;t hit the fairways. Good signage but no directions to next tee box.
This is an amazing course. Played it today for the first time and love it. Super...
I am going to be flying in for the Phish shows too and staying in Newport News. I am looking forward to playing New Quarter and Newport News. Are they easy to navigate for out of towners? Are there a lot of blind baskets?

Cool place
We stayed at the lodge last winter and threw discs there before they had baskets installed. We were up there on a snowshoe trip and threw some discs. I can imagine that this course would be great in the summer with baskets, I hope to check it out again. The lodge is a cool place...

A fun little course
Nice park setting
Good place for a quick round
Not too challenging
Can be very wet
This is a fun little course. I enjoy going when I don't have the time to play a long 18 holes. I can bang out two rounds here in a little over an hour. The course is nothing fancy, but it's...
