Coming to albuquerque for two days and have time for only one round most likely. Can anyone recommend the best course?

Brett Baca Memorial was the only course I played but it was fun. Would recommend.

I 2nd Brent Baca! Bring water.
Spent about 5 months working in Albuquerque and hunted down as many local courses as could with going too far outside of town.

One more vote for Baca, it's a unique course with some cool man made structures for obstacles. It's a little flat and open for my tastes, but there's good length and some fun shots.
