I threw an Ace last night at Doubles!! Hole #13 with my Zappa dyed Mako. Would have been worth $100 but on hole #17 a young guy named Austin(on the same card) threw a fine skip ace -- so we split the pot. He also got the CTP for that hole and he and his partner took 2nd place. Fun night.

I am now an official member of Skagit Valley Disc Golf Club. I met Ranger Rick at Silver Lake yesterday and picked up my club stamped Wizard and mini. Should be either the Dynamic Disc or Legacy event sometime in June and the Discraft Ace Race in Sept.

It was a champion Beast ~ long and right at the bottom of #18

Yeah, I played that course on Sat. in the wind and rain. Great course for ace runs and all around fun! Glad you bagged a new course. Hope you and the family are well.

Hahaha! Gah! Man, I can really let some sites just out of my memory. I've been doing well, haven't been playing too much. A little here and there. Shot Ace number 2 at MLT on hole 3 in January during the big snow storm. Shoot me a text one of these days if youre playing in the later afternoons still (minus Wednesdays!). 970 688 1504.

We all had a great time ~ I came in 4th in the Grandmasters(no pay out) ~ +5 from the whites and +5 from the blues ~ but still had a great time. I did hit a CTP and picked up a Star Wedge from Chainbangerz. You'll have to make it to AquaFest this summer. They have some really cool wooden disc trophies for 1st place in each division. If you get a 2012 travel tag let me know and we'll set up a swap.

The day was great! A lot of good people there and the overall atmosphere was chill. Raised some $$$ for Northwest Harvest too.

I tied for second but lost the playoff for the trophy. I shot -4 on white and +4 on blue. However, I had eight bogies on blue so had to make up ground. Even for the day was good enough considering I haven't been 100%for sometime.

Good! Great family time, gift certificates as gifts, lots of laughs. Played La Mirada with Jerry the course designer and Dave Dunapace of Innova, had no idea who they were! Just two cool old dudes! Ha!

How was the holiday? Different with a kid, huh? I think it's much cooler and starts having bigger meaning again. Just you wait a year or two!

The The Fundraiser BYOP Dubs for The Freeze in the Trees will be Jan. 7 ~ bummer. Will you be able to make the Freeze on Jan 28?
