Multiple tees and basket locations to play a longer course or short course. I prefer the short pins and tees.
Demands accuracy and precision, any errant shots into the rough will eat your discs!

Two layouts, the red and blue. both offer different challenges are equally entertaining. easy to navigate between tees
private land- owner keeps it in pristine conditions
has a small clubhouse with limited disc selection
likely not to encounter anyone while playing except owner...
i played honeybear a couple weeks ago and they said the property had sold and the new owners were removing the baskets. i never got to play it, oh well.

Huge improvement w/ new baskets
Great new baskets, very easy to find with the orange painted on the baskets. Great use of elevation, some blind down hills and some interesting uphills. Will challenge your accuracy off the tee and better be prepared to throw some wicked second shots.
