I played my best round ever at Mackenzie Park in Lubbock Texas this morning throwing 68 on 21 holes which is +3. I found the Panther in the water that I lost last week plus two other discs. I texted their owners, hopefully they'll get back to me.

I generally just push through it and by the time I get to the next tee I'm back to normal, it's never bad... I was just thinking of how it might effect shots. Now, as far as my arm getting tired, I actually find that it helps me throw better because I quit trying to throw so hard and it smooths...

Chiropractors have gained acceptance in the medical community. Definitely see at least your PCP. I'm a nurse on a neurosurgery unit and many of the neurosurgeons that I work with refer their patients to chiropractors. They can really help you out.

I had it really bad until I got arch support inserts for my shoes.

Today I saw that the water level in the river was low so I went out into the mud to look where I thought my Birdie Putter was lost 5 days ago. I slogged around for about 10 minutes before finding it a good 50 feet down river from where I had thought it went stuck half in the mud. Woot! :D

Does dying the discs make them harder to find? How does MVP Neutron plastic take dye? Just wondering... thanks!

I used to occasionally wear flip flops and kick them off to throw until one day I found myself in the middle of a multi acre sticker patch. Now I wear Fila Skele-toes.

Right, I actually threw a Buzzz on a 340' hole today and parked it right next to the basket. I was VERY proud of that shot. Then I whiffed an easy putt and ended up getting par on it... I really need to work on my putting.

I decided to play Mae Simmons in Lubbock this morning instead of my usual course and boy I threw bad. Mae has a lot of trees and I think I hit every single one of them twice. Lost my newest disc (Pink Z Zombee) and scored 18 over par. I still had a blast!
