Imho, stability is the biggest factor. I tested this out by throwing the 3 different nukes overhand. OS went the farthest by far!!!! Then, the Nuke. Followed by the SS. Stability of the disc determines how quickly it will flip over. The longer it takes to flip over, the more distance it covers...
I use a Nuke OS for all my OH needs. I have them ranging from very beat to show room quality depending on the shot. I can control my distance by the release angle as well. Bottom line is any disc can work for ya. Just get out and practice it. Happy hucking!!
Maybe its just not the disc for your style? I find the Buzzz to be flippy but not the Buzz SS. Thats just how it is sometimes. Get rid of it and find something more productive to do with your time! My 0.02¢. Also, try not to be so defensive! Your coming off as a jerk. Have a good day :)
Challenger falls right into that slot. I have 3 D Challengers in my bag right now. 1 pretty beat for annys and hyzer flips. The other 2 are pretty new and fly pretty straight with a little fade on the end.
