    too funny:
    today i was helping my buddy clear brush from his yard.
    about 1/2 way thru we were working on this vine in the fence line. i was pulling on it while he cut. all of a sudden it dawned on me...
    i was doing your door jam drill while doing yard work. i laughed about that for an hour.
    thanks for all the great info you provide here. it's not only helped my form, it's making the neighborhood a more beautiful place too :D

    How'd you so? I Did beeter than before, but I had to the a perkaset(?) The second round for mouth pain. Had my wisdom teeth pulled Thursday and that pill made me lose focus. So 66 and a 69

    I took your advice, went down to 150 class discs and I'm mostly kicking ass! I just do field practice and putting, added Cardio and it's working.
