I have one of these as well. It works great for keeping the rain out, and packs down very small. The Patagonia Torrentshell is another good choice. Both will offer years of protection, and can stand up to abuse. Yes they are expensive, but will last for a VERY long time.
I have always just used the tiny glow sticks and clear packaging tape. Works just fine for a night of disc regardless of how the disc lands, so long as you use at least a slightly opaque disc.
If you can avoid the flashlight your eyes will adjust to the darkness and the glow will stick out like...
It's not that rare. I knew a few guys who did something like this, however they wouldn't join up with people. I can see the logic behind it. Running is boring. Add throwing a disc to that, and it make exercise seem less of a pain in the arse.

Usually when I play, I am alone, and not at all short on time. I let people play through, and refuse to let people let me play through. It's an excuse to spend more time outside in the hopefully wonderful weather, and throw multiple shots.
I took my discs to work but no one noticed.

I imagine an old lady who is a shut in. Sitting at her front window staring out of it all day long waiting for something to complain about. The noise probably disturbs her while she is watching the price is right.
