Thanks for bringing that up. It would definitely suck if someone put signs up and then the park department pulls them out shortly after because nobody asked for permission. I never thought of asking the park department directly to see if they would be interested in adding the signs themselves...

Definitely better than being left in suspense on where to find the tee pad. I recently played at a course with out signs or marked tee pads (boards included), and at that point, just had to guess the basket and the pad. Hope they eventually mark the pads, still useful when you can't get anything...

I agree. The lower profile players in sports like ball golf only get attention while they are ahead of big name players. Once they choke, the media treats them like they were never at the event.

If you run out of discs on a hole, what is the PDGA's ruling? I was at a tournament where some guy on a different card did not get all his discs past the minimum distance requirement on a hole, but the other guys on his card either A: misunderstood the PDGA rulebook, or B: PDGA didn't rule on...
