In ball golf, the pins can be moved around on the green to give a hole a slightly different finish.
Disc golf should be the same. If your alternate pins are more than 20 or 30 feet apart, they suck.
Alternate pins that can change the distance on a hole by more than 50 feet are just stupid, and...

Disappointing
Nice views of the mountains? It's such a frustrating course it's tough to think of any pros.
For all the space this course has to work with, it's odd that so many of the baskets and tees feel like they are right on top of each other.
This course is very poorly marked. I walked off...
Archangel.
I know they have changed it's speed rating, but it still feels slower to me and has been one of my best, most consistent molds for the almost 20 years I've been throwing them. I have a Hatchet as well that I like fine, but I can normally throw an Archangel or Valk and get similar results.
Some discs, like the Raging Inferno, I bought knowing they would probably be crummy, but I had to try them anyway! Dimple technology!!! It works for golf balls!!! LOL!
The most disappointing disc I ever got was the 1st mold of the SuperRoc....I think 2004 for some tourney in Iowa?? Anyway, that...
After having a child and essentially taking a year and a half off, I'm finally playing again! I've tooled around with my bag setup a bit but would love feedback/suggestions. I know I have some overlap, but I'd rather have that than missing spots. Don't ask me how, but I've never thrown a Leopard...
Why not just keep it simple and get a Leopard? Maybe an Archangel....they have XT Archangels at the Innova factory store right now that are sweet.
Need a little more speed, use a Valk...
Good call Jeff! I've only played CHU once, but it was nice...I need to get oer and get that season pass! They need to do something where you can get that online...for the workin' folks!!!
I was just in Fort Collins last weekend to play! Edora Park is a pretty cool course. Again though, I would download UDisc to help find your way from hole to hole.
I also played the Hughes stadium course...it wasn't great, but it wasn't busy and laid out pretty well...also it's right next to the...
First off, welcome to Colorado and I hope you enjoy your time here!
In my opinion, the actual Denver/Boulder disc golf scene is a little disappointing, the best stuff is up in the mountains!
As far as Denver goes, Badlands is my favorite course. I would print a map or download UDisc if you have...
Hey, I'm going to Ft. Collins tomorrow, since I've never really been out there. It looks like Edora is the best public course to play, but I may be getting in two rounds.
Any other course suggestions?
Any one else in the area tossing tomorrow and want to meet up? Sometimes I have a terrible time...
Up until a week ago, I only carried the Coyote, but since I tried the Atlas, I've added that as well and it's added a little distance to my midrange game.
