Disc golf course or enchanted forest?
The scenery is simply breathtaking. We don't have wooded courses like THIS in Ohio. Sure, we have wooded courses but not this type of wooded course. It was just unrealistically beautiful. I also love shorter, technical holes like this course has many of...
A friend of mine ran into actor Josh Hutcherson (Hunger Games) at a course in northern KY. I believe it was Idlewild. He was nice enough to take a few photos with her and a friend. Seems like a cool guy.

Did good with the land they had, but that hole 17. Oof.
The designers did a decent job with the amount of land they had. There are two pads for every basket. Holes 1-9 play shorter pads, and 10-18 play longer (some, quite a bit longer).
The course doesn't seem well maintained. there was some...
I'm looking for new or used (no major nicks/scrapes/gouges) Z plastic Buzzz SS discs. I'd like to find a few. Max weight or close. I only have one and love it, but it's 9 years old and I've been to close to losing this old friend. I need some back-ups to play on more dangerous holes.
Not...
I know I'm probably WAY late for this, but after getting a few of my Laces back off the shelf I fell in love with this disc all over again. I have a slow arm (I mean, I am 47) and these are perfect for me.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Front 9 is great, back 9 isn't
The front 9. Great use of elevation and creatively designed. This was the type of course I was looking to play while in Charlotte.
The back 9. There are a few long (as in, around 1000 feet), boring, straight holes. In my opinion, these holes are the laziest way to...
Anyone know if the Aviar3 was released this year or last year as a Halloween disc? I bought a black DX Halloween Aviar this weekend with a large copper pumpkin on it, and it was marked "Aviar 3" on the sticker. It's flat on top, so I assumed it was correct (btw, this is the first time I've...

One of my favorite Dayton courses
- Great variety of short, long, open, and wooded holes.
- Fun elevation changes
- Well designed
- Great use of a fairly small area
- Good water drainage compared to other close courses
- Perfect course length for a shorter but challenging round
- Elevation may...
I picked one up yesterday. My primary putters are KC Pro Glow Aviars, which fly perfect for me but are a bit too stiff and slick. These XTs are just what I've been waiting for. They're right between KC Pro and JK in stiffness and grip. After I see how durable the one I bought is I'm sure I'll be...
Exactly. When I first picked this up I thought "blunt nosed Yeti Pro Aviar". For me, this is a better putter then the Yeti simply because it has a little less glide, which for me means less chance for the wind to pick up up and make it glide past the basket if I miss. This won't replace my Yeti...
Matt, I have a question for you. Where did you get the signs for HAH made? I'm trying to help Sycamore get some decent tee signs and looking at yours and Englewood as possible options.
Thanks.
Looks like a good basket for a great price. My only concern is the size. It seems to have a taller catching area. To me, that means I may get use to the larger area when practice putting and end up missing more putts on the course.
Thoughts?
