Hiking the McCormack Trail
> Exceptional challenges, variety and difficulty throughout.
> A very safe and thoughtful design that ensures players and the public stay out of each others way, and that players are safe from one another.
> Adding to the variety, in general, every single hole...

> There were mostly level, concrete pads on every hole.
> Good baskets throughout that catch well.
> Moderate elevation changes.
> Good variety of length of holes that fluctuate well.
> Park/course was pretty clean throughout.
> Benches at every tee... but also see cons.

I wish it were an error. They did used to sell for $30, but he does not charge any shipping or tax.
The $50 is for specific orders. If he hasn't made it already and you want to request a specific color and weight... he has to make a special effort to laminate the 6 sheets of 4'X-8' sugar...
Well, what I really think you ought to try, Wims, is the Gateway Chief. It is, literally, a Wizard with a short top. The bottom mold IS the wizard mold bottom mold and the top is a very short version of the normal Wizard top mold.
It works very well as a driving putter and I usually reach for...
It's been a while since I posted what I have available from Flywood, but with this recent shipment... there's a little something new that everyone has asked me about for over 2 years.
MINI's are here! 8-)
Here's what's what in the pic above:
173g Log putter (purple)
193g Log putter...
Intermediate only has a couple of openings left. If that's your division choice, register NOW.
The others are starting to flesh out as well, and more people from pro keep reporting that they will just register on Friday.
Here's a picture of the Tenth Annual St. Louis Open's Player's Pack contents and an example of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place plaques.
Pack List:
1. Dri-Fit tshirt in Red, Yellow or Blue (sizes S thru 3XL available - 2X and 3X are limited quantities, so arrive early on Friday if possible)
2...
You can still get the mostly full player's pack. If you register now, the only thing that will be missing is the supercolor Discraft mini. If you wait too much longer, your pack will be missing the color mini and the cap. You want the cap, they're really nice.
For your other question about...
I know I'm still behind on getting those pics of the full player's packs posted, but in the meantime, here's a very tasty update:
All Sunday card winners will receive a numbered, limited edition of 90, two color/two stamp Gateway on a special plastic blend. Just look at these! The stamps are...
Now we're starting to cook. Sorry Bee, you've got company.
From what I hear, we also have a bunch of folks who've registered in person because of problems with or an aversion to electronic payments. So, though I don't have an exact count right now, the field is more full than it looks.
I...
I've been joking that I am going to sign up for Pro if we don't have another few when the field is almost full. That joke might not sound so funny in a few days... we'll see.
Oh... the link to disc golf scene up there is bad. Sorry, try this: http://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/2015_St_Louis_Open
I also know there are about 25 players who have registered outside of disc golf scene due for various reasons.
Only one "pro" right now. It's a real stumper. We usually have 30+ and there were no complaints last year (except that one guy who tried to cheat and... well, enough of that). Of course, the pro's often seem to be the last to sign up.
The way I see it though, that's a lot more of that...
Some slight updates to the guide this morning (as is always the case with these sorts of things), nothing major.
2015 St. Louis Open Player's Guide
As for the number of slots open, it looks like we still actually have room for about 100 people. This is usually the norm a couple of weeks out...
As promised, here is the PDF version of the Player's Guide: 2015 St. Louis Open Player's Guide
We ask that players be aware that some Pools and Divisions might be altered to accommodate actual player turnout to ensure that everyone has a reasonable amount of time to play their courses and...
I'm going to find out tonight how many slots are still available to sign up and I'll report back. However, this event was full a week ahead of time last year, which was 5 days sooner than 2013... so don't wait! (but keep checking if you're on a last minute sort of schedule)
Also, for all of...
Hey, I also meant to mention that this is the weekend before the KC Wide Open. There's not much of an easier drive, with plenty of courses in-between than that. Just over 3 hours from St. Louis to Kansas City.
Just sayin' "It's a no brainer."
