I'd have to disagree with that. The gyroscopic effect of a spinning disc helps maintain angular momentum. MVP makes a big deal about this in promoting their discs, and how they have an increased moment of inertia as compared with other discs on the market; which promotes spin and helps them...
The escape is a moderately overstable disc, as you had thought. But moderately overstable isn't the best for fighting wind. It's better for a hyzer flip. That's what I get out of my Teebird, and it's 42% overstable, according to inFlight Guide, which puts your Escape at 25% overstable. InFlight...
I notice that you offer many of your Quest AT discs in SRP plastic. I'm wondering if this is "regular" SRP or 80/20. Or does it vary from disc to disc? Thanks.
I have not tried that. I imagine that if it were a case of warped a flight plate only, then perhaps this could help; at least a little. But in my case the rim is also deformed, so I don't think that this would help. Al least not with with the rim deformation aspect. Maybe if I get the rim back...
