As always, thank you Sidewinder22. I knew something was off with the plant foot. now that you point that out it looks like I'm pushing off instead of forward.
After a few months off due to the Wisconsin freeze I'm back at it. Couple of standstill drives getting my form back. I see a couple of things like my plant knee being too straight and I'm not quite getting full elbow extension. Any other tips or thoughts would be helpful...

Thanks guys! Knew I could count on you :) Would you suggest I continue to focus on the standstill drives or start practicing the x-step? I'm starting to feel like my elbow is getting out there better.
oh and please continue to update your blog @hyzerunibomber it's invaluable information.
Here's an updated video from yesterday. This was my first attempt at an x-step in several weeks. I can see on a few of these drives that my timing is slightly off (forward movement prior to the plant foot landing). Please let me know if you see anything else. Seeing some improvement, 365 ft...

Start with the plastic: The feel is soft and grippy but this thing is stiff. The closest comparison I could make would be to the gateway eraser plastic. I've put some...
Nice... haha. I'd have to disagree that McBeth can't teach though. I just watched an awesome video from last year where he gave Roan some pointers.
