The 300 measurement of my FH was stepping it, so it wasn't accurate. I remeasured the spot again tonight with a tape measure: 1st reading 330. 320 2nd reading.

If 400-500 FH drives are so common, shouldn't it be easier to find video proof of them? I've been searching YouTube the last hour and haven't found one. I'd like to see some and nit on a downhill slope.

I experimented with it cuz I thought the extra forward motion of the feet/body would add distance. It's the only FH form I've practiced, so I dont know if it does add distance.

Not on FH cuz I do all the steps opposite of the BH x step pattern. I'm stepping behind my left leg with my right leg on FH, the after I plant my left foot I look away from the target and turn my torso away from the target.

Also, its been said that keeping the elbow tight takes away power. Opinions?

I'm right handed, so on BH for me I would start with a left foot step and then cross behind with my right leg. In the past when throwing FH I.reversed the step order, stepping with my right first, etc. I also seemed to get better results (more torsion?) when turning my head away from the target...

I live in Chicagoland. Which is a close drive to parts of WI and MI, but sometimes visit my hometown in central IL. How is the DG in southern to mid MI? Would it be with the trip or should I go to WI instead? Indiana's Lemon Lake DG would be on my way to MI.

Should I also buy a blizzard disc to try? I would get some father drives because of the light weight and the light weight would also force me to improve my form, right?
