thank you! that's amazing. this forum blows my mind. love you all.
it's funny. i put this orange disc in my bag after losing an orange LS in the leaves last fall and used it for the same shots.
shoot well everyone
Winter means broken discs. One of my favorites snapped in two the other day. I found it years ago at Sedgley Woods with no ink and it was already years old so no identifying markings and the stamp was long gone.
I can barely make out the stamp

That's awesome. Congratulations!
Related question, can anyone speak to the reliability of round ratings in the DGCR app? I have two kids under three years old so i can't get time to play tourneys and actually have some solid ratings. Can i trust DGCR and get excited about milestones like this one?
Hi, I've gone through most of this thread as well as poking around on the internet looking for the excel sheet. Can anyone share it please, or point me in the right direction?
Nockamixon is a beast. 9,200 ft of challenge, with a great view of the water. Becker's Corner is a sweet lunch spot right next door and they have been good post round spot for us for years.
Tyler was a let down but it might have something to do with the hype. Expectations too high? Probably...
Playing my home course solo and two visitors from the next state over asked if I'd play with them to show them the course. Of course. We're on hole 6 and someone is walking around with no discs along if we found a blue teebird. We had not. Fast forward to hole 13, one of the guys finds the...

This made something click for me the other day with vacancy drives. In my effort to keep everything in line toward the basket, my feet were along a line. The heel of the plant foot needs to be in front of the toe of the rear foot so you can keep the disc on a...
We play the "if you use a stick, it's a penalty" rule. The byproduct is that no one wants to take the penalty so dudes are stripping down to boxers and wading into creeks/ponds and hilarity usually follows.
I picked up two of these about a year and a half ago. They both turn and burn on my forehand. I suspected they were lemons but this confirms it. I'll going to seek out someone with a different run and try those before buying any more
Edit: the ones i got were not F2s so i don't think that's...
I have played in two pairs of Scarpa and love them both. They make rock climbing shoes but also approach shoes and that's what i love. The rubber is great even on mud and rocks. The only issue is they're not waterproof.
I have been thinking about stepping up into a mid but can't rationalize...
There's a resource section in technique and Strategy. Start there.
You're in a great part of the world there. Sankanc, French Creek, sedgely woods, Jordan Creek, Nockamixon, Roland Park. Have fun.
I'm trying to do some self analysis. What software are you using to pause at the precise moment you want and add on the lines showing where your weight is, your arm angle, etc?
I have a Google pixel phone which has 240 FPS capability. Watching it slow mo is fine but pausing it perfectly is tough...
