That was my first time there, I live in terre haute so it's about a 2.5 hour trip. I'll probably be back for more tournaments though, one of my friends is from that area.
I'm a big fan of maconaquah too, I just wish it hadn't been so muddy while we were there.
How do you keep track of what is going on in the USDGC.
I have never really paid attention to what was going on in the professional world but I am getting more interested in it. I just wanted to know where everyone went to online to get their updates.
On a second, kind of related note, if you...
I had the exact same problem, my disc was in the pond for about a month before I found it. The only thing that I found that fixed it was time. The disc smelled for a month or two but eventually it faded away as I kept throwing it. I know it's not really a solution, but if you keep using it, it...
It kind of sucks though that they are thinking about pulling out the course.
Even if you do get rid of the course, the kids will just find another place to cause problems.
I know this has already been said many times in this post, but I feel the need to send out another congrats to discgolfcenter. They really got their stuff figured out and I have ordered from them multiple times with no complaints.
Yeah, it is at Basil Griffin. This was my first and only visit to bowling green and I was kind of bummed out that the course was flooded, I remember having to skip a couple of holes.
Also from this course...

Anyone tried it out yet? I am kind of curious.
The weird thing is it is not even on the innova website yet.
Champion Sidewinder
How is that DX Destroyer workin out Marv Vega, I bought one too because I didn't think I quite have the power to get a champion or star destroyer out to its full flight path. I just dont throw it very often because I am scared of hitting trees with it. I figure after a few...
In addition to picking the object to hit, you should also be visualizing the line you are going to take. Before you throw, just push everything else out of your mind except the path and the object. The entire flight of the disc should already have taken place in your mind before you even release...
Along the lines of pond jumping shoes, if you do happen to get into a creek or pond with your regular shoes, a run through the washing machine will save them.
Personally, I wear tennis shoes and after a while of playing disc golf, they invariably get pretty funky. Putting them through the...

Located in a very nice and well maintained park. It has an interesting variety of holes and clean fairways. There are virtually no underbrush problems and the park has good facilities.
The major problem with this course is it runs right through a fairly high use multi-purpose park. Many of the...

Very well marked and maintained, varied hole difficulty, good for both beginners and more experienced players.
There are only some minor problems. The tee signs only display one hole location and distance, but there are a couple hole locations. Also, you will get non-disc golfers walking through...
