It sure felt like it a few of those days! I was averaging around 30,000 steps on my fitbit - most of these courses were long and my wife and I usually opt for the longest tees when we play. What doesn't break you makes you stronger? Or maybe just breaks your back a little more? :P

I think that both would work, but I've got backpacking permits put in for July and I don't know which dates will 'hit'. This means, don't plan around me but I'll do my very best to make it unless a permit hits at a bad time.
