2 days in Texas

Wanna come up by car from Monterrey in to TX to play some super awsome courses, ive never played a 'pro' course and would like to see how i fair.
but will only have 2 days (sat sun)
as my car is a crappy pointer, sort of to central and south TX.....

any ideas will be hugely appreciated

Well if you ever make it up to Michigan I'll show you a few good ones.
 
Home base in Austin. In addition to Williamson County Park, play Circle C (south Austin), Pease Park (central Austin), Old Settler's in Round Rock (north of Austin). Wimberly's Circle R ranch (hosts World Amateur Doubles) and the new facility half an hour away in Dripping Springs are supposed to be great too, but sadly I haven't been.
 
Circle R in Wimberly is disc golf heaven :)

Out in the middle of nowhere with awesome views of the Hill Country and some very challenging holes. I've never played a quieter round of golf in my life!
 
How are the courses in the southern part of the state. We are thinking Corpus Christi/ McAllen Area. Are there some quality, technical, wooded courses there?
