✓ Played through the winter and saw a huge improvement in my game in the spring
✓ Figured out my x-step and gained a lot of confidence and distance with my backhand drives
✓ Gained more consistency and confidence with putting
✓ Started working on my forehand, and occasionally used it successfully during rounds
✓ Got my PDGA membership, played in 12 tournaments, chased points, and won a few things
✓ Moved up a division, and won twice after moving up
✓ Had so much fun with a new hobby and met some absolutely fantastic people :)

2018 Goals
• Keep having fun!
• Find motivation to play occasionally through the winter
• Gain consistency with my forehand shot placement
• Overcome some of my mental hurdles surrounding putting
• Break down my backhand drives to get a bit more distance in open situations
• Continue to push myself to improve my skills and my rating, but...
• Don't put too much emphasis on tournament placings (apparently I have a super competitive streak that I need to keep under control)
• Get at least one woman in my life to play at the WGE

Get to work on the other private course on the bluff

2017 - played more, got marginally better
2018 - wan't to play regular in weeklies, devote more field work time and play in at least 2 tournaments.

3. Played my first tournament in three years (and dropped my rating by ~70 points).

Had fun

Didn't have enough fun (too serious at times).

Played some awesome courses

Started actually practicing instead of just playing rounds

Played MA3 in some tournaments, but not super bummed about that since people in Cincinnati play their rating for the most part.

Work on mental game and focus (applies to life in general, but disc golf is a good place to start)

Graduate college in May
