Ok, so the I (Shanko - The bigger one) have bad knee. I have to wear a brace and since I injured my knee I have lost a lot of stability in it. So please while giving the advice understand that I cannot RUN up and I cannot twist very fast. ALL advice WILL be taken though :)

I can throw 340ft consistently with a max of 375ft

My little brother can throw 300ft consistently with a max of 400ft

On this throw, I threw a stalker, 70% power. (about 260ft)

Shanko - you look fairly smooth and I like the width of your backswing however your wrist is curling before the power zone so you don't get much if any extension of the wrist. You want to delay curling the wrist and the wrist loading should happen from the disc's momentum. Your footwork looks good until you are about to plant and trying to lunge off the rear foot. You want to push your hips forward, not your shoulders/head(they will follow). Once you learn to let your weight transfer happen from behind you it should also relieve stress on the front knee. It should feel relatively weightless when you pivot with your weight centered dynamically.

Lil Shank - Holy oat son! Super high reach back swooping down and rolling the wrist over. Super lunging forward trying to shift weight and never turns hips/shoulders back. Keep the disc on the plane you want to throw, and you will need to learn to turn your hips/shoulders back and let the weight transfer happen from behind you.
