Before I spend hours trying to diagnose my own backhand issues, I figured I'd ask the community. I am maxing out at 300 ft with a stable disc (Westside Sampo VIP 175gram for example). Any glaring issues that jump out with my form? Am i just a weak mofo? lol Thanks for any tips

It's hard to tell in slow mo, but I seems like your not getting the "Hit". It looks like you are moving at the same speed throughout your throw. You need to explode in the last 1/2 second of your throw.

You aren't using your hips or weight. Your throwing stance is way open and your knee goes over the top of your front ankle instead of staying braced behind it and straightening, clearing the front hip.
