While watching some videos in the other thread about the best tourney rounds, I had this idea. What are the best shots you've seen on video? McBeth's clutch putt on hole 2 in the 2014 World's playoff made me think of it. Two roller shots came to mind.

I don't want this to be a link to the Jomez Pro Best of videos. I'm thinking of "what are the top few shots you can remember watching", not "top 100" or even "top 10."

For me, there are two rollers that come to mind.

I'd say Ricky's was slightly better because of the moment it came in. More precise, in the woods, and luckier.

Since I didn't embed those properly.

Simon tees off second on the hole

This was an awesome Ulibarri re-tee ace, unfortunately he had already gone OB on the first shot. It became even more impressive when I played the course myself. Canaan Riverbend DGC in Rock Hill, SC

And this Philo albatross was excellent and famous, at Milo McIver State Park during Beaver State Fling

The mcbeth ace at Las Vegas a few years back... the wind, the length, the timing/circumstances.

I always go back and watch the last hole of the 2015 Am Nats, the year Barella won. Sick 800+ foot downhill. The last guy to throw uses a Meteor on an anny line. It's sooooo sick.!

The Timber Ridge Ski Area!! I learned to ski there when I was in college in Kalamazoo.
Looks like that course has been pulled, but I would love to get back there some time to play several of those courses!!

Simon's tee shot on 18 at Throw Down the Mountain last year, landing in Circle 1.

Then, because Simon wants to make the best story possible, misses the putt.

Great, great television.
