Glad you got to play Cliff...sorry I missed you out there! Cliff hole 10 is pretty great too but nothing like 16.
Fun hole, and a great way to start a course, I was really disappointed that the water never came into play on the rest of the course.

hole 1 at seymour lake
the pond level goes up and down throughout the year. mid summer its around 400ft to clear the water. i never use to play this hole because i had no chance of making it over but recent form tweeks have made this one of my favorite holes. one of the best hole 1's ive played.

I think every hole at Hawk Hollow...except - hole 2 is the only hole with no water in play.
