Circle Marbling Technique Help!!!

So I've been seeing this dye technique being used everywhere now and I just can't figure out how to do it and would appreciate some input from "Senior" disc dyers. I've been messing around with the shaving cream aspect now but haven't got my hands onto some iDye Poly yet. Please, please, PLEASE give me some insight on this beautiful technique!!! Thanks!!!

So that leads me to another question, how long do you leave the acetone/dye mix on the disc after spinning? I've only ever done the heat and liquid dye technique with a vinyl stencil
